Known Issues

  1. Updates - You may need to reinstall the local app for V10 to remove the address bar. Try not to update the app if you already have a different instance running within a browser tab. If the update fails for any reason try closing the app and/or the browser tab and restarting. You can also try clearing the browser cache and reloading.   2. Repeated Sample Gens - Can sometimes lead to excessive resource utilisation. This is due to a known Web Audio API issue and we are working on a solution.
  3. Song Sample Gen - On occasion the whole sample may not show on the Sample Editor. We are looking into this issue.
  4. Notes Editor on iOS - Notes are not visible when scrolling horizontally but reappear after release. This is a known issue and we are looking into it.
  5. Unison - The unison setting for certain synths are not being translated to the song patterns correctly in some instances. This is a known Web Audio API compatibility issue and we are looking in to it.
  6. Templates - After initial install or following updates, the templates list may take a while to appear. This is due to the platform having to reconstruct your local cache. Please be patient.
  7. Refresh and Recovery - You can use the SOS icon to recover your session in most circumstances. You can learn more within the Performance and Tuning section towards the end of the documentation.
  8. Master Limiter - If a limiter is present on the master channel, it temporarily activates in the event of audio clipping. Sometimes it fails to return back to the correct state. You can reset this by toggling the unit or touching the threshold slider.
